If you wish to return your online purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your online order. 

CONDITIONS

• To be eligible for Return/Exchange Customers must reach out to us within 10 Calendar Days of Receiving your Product(s).

• All Tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact and the product must be unused. The customers are responsible for all return shipping and duties charges.
  
  
• If an item does meet the standards listed above, Knot A Label reserves the right to reject a Return / Exchange.

REFUNDS
Online Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been received. Email Us to inform us of the  We will email you once the refund has been processed. Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Knot a Label is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because you change your mind and retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition.

Cost of delivery will not be refunded.

All postage costs for online returns must be covered by the customer except when the item is faulty. A refund or postage label will be issued for the cost of freight should the product be assessed as faulty.

SALE ITEMS
We happily accept returns for Online sale items. On return of the item, a Credit Note is issued for the product purchase price which can be used to put towards a purchase at a later date. Only credit notes are issued for the return of sale items - no refunds. Postage is non-refundable.

FINAL SALE Knot A Label does not accept returns of final sale items. This includes items purchased with a further discount or items marked as final sales.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer refunds for international orders, but we do offer exchanges or credit notes. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an international order, you must still follow the above conditions.
